INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

Our one-on-one counselling sessions provide a private and confidential space for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and concerns. We work with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and personal growth. Sessions can be virtual or in person.

WALK & TALK COUNSELLING

Walk and Talk Counselling, also known as ecocounselling, is a form of counselling or psychotherapy that takes place outside in natural settings such as parks, gardens, forests, or along serene walking paths. This approach combines the benefits of physical activity and the healing power of nature with the insights gained through verbal expression. The counsellor and client walk together, creating a safe and comfortable space to explore emotions, thoughts, and challenges. These sessions are in person only.

COUPLES COUNSELLING

For couples facing challenges in their relationship, our person-centred approach facilitates open and honest communication. We strive to create a safe environment where both partners can express themselves and work towards understanding and strengthening their connection. Sessions can be virtual or in person.
