WALK & TALK COUNSELLING

Our Walk and Talk Therapy Process:

  1. Initial Consultation: We will begin with an initial consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about Walk and Talk Counselling.

  2. Outdoor Session: During our counselling sessions, we will meet at a designated outdoor location and begin our walk together.

  3. Confidentiality: Just like traditional therapy, everything discussed during the session remains confidential.

  4. Individualized Approach: Our counsellors are trained to adapt the counselling approach to suit your preferences and pace during the walk.

  5. Follow-up: After each session, we will schedule regular follow-up appointments to track your progress and continue the counselling journey.

COUPLES COUNSELLING

 Our Couples Counselling Process:

  1. Initial Assessment: The counsellor meets the couple to understand their relationship history and concerns.

  2. Building Trust: The counsellor establishes a safe and non-judgmental space for open communication.

  3. Active Listening: The counsellor listens attentively to both partners' feelings and experiences.

  4. Reflection and Validation: The counsellor reflects back emotions and validates each partner's perspective.

  5. Identifying Patterns: The counsellor helps the couple recognize negative patterns in their relationship.

  6. Empowerment: Encouraging individual growth and personal responsibility.

  7. Communication Skills: If needed, the counsellor may provide communication skills training.
