WALK & TALK COUNSELLING
Our Walk and Talk Therapy Process:

Initial Consultation: We will begin with an initial consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about Walk and Talk Counselling.

Outdoor Session: During our counselling sessions, we will meet at a designated outdoor location and begin our walk together.

Confidentiality: Just like traditional therapy, everything discussed during the session remains confidential.

Individualized Approach: Our counsellors are trained to adapt the counselling approach to suit your preferences and pace during the walk.

Follow-up: After each session, we will schedule regular follow-up appointments to track your progress and continue the counselling journey.
